General Purpose of the Job
The Analyst, Learning Technology supports the functionality and operational performance of the LMS (currently Cornerstone On Demand) and integration with other platforms in the enterprise learning ecosystem. The Analyst is responsible for effective utilization, operation, and continuous improvement of the LMS and relentlessly innovates processes and digital capabilities to enhance enterprise learning technology efficiency and learner experience.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Support day-to-day functionality and performance of the LMS, including implementation of LMS enhancements and upgrades.
Troubleshoots, resolves issues, and answers support tickets & emails relating to system functionality and software systems. Analyze training issue ticketing data and recommends root cause resolution
Train and develop departmental LMS administrators.
Disposition LMS existing content for taxonomy and tagging adherence
Education and Experience 2-4 years' experience in LMS administration

Salary/ Wage Range$55,000.00-$100,000.00 / year
Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
