EquipmentShare is searching for a Corporate Parts Support Specialist to be located to Denver, CO. This person will work with multiple teams across several platforms to provide the best possible support for our Parts Managers in the Field.

We’re seeking a Corporate Parts Support Specialist who loves a challenge and wants the opportunity to grow with a fast-paced company. Primary Responsibilities

  • Streamline processes for Branches Parts Departments.

  • Work in conjunction with the Vice President of Service and Parts to re-design the Parts Room concept based on Utilization, Efficiency and OEM Product’s.

  • Work directly with vendors and EquipmentShare branches to source parts and ensure prompt and accurate delivery.

  • Adapt principles from 5s, Six Sigma etc to bring consistency and functional excellence to our parts departments.

  • Work closely with the Business Analytics team to develop systems and tools that will help reduce waste, deadstock and bring better overall inventory management.

  • Assist EquipmentShare branch locations with parts support.

Skills & Qualifications

  • A strong understanding of purchasing and logistics

  • The ability to adapt to the fast pace of a growing company and stay continuously educated on the latest EquipmentShare products and services

  • Must be extremely detail oriented

  • Excellent communication and problem solving skills

  • The ability to build, nurture, and maintain relationships with vendors and customers throughout every step of the parts purchasing process
