TEKsystems Customer Service Representative in Denver, Colorado

Description:

-Managing sample room - tracking inventory of samples, re-orders, write labels and keep sample room organized, keeping showroom presentable for walk-in customers.

-Greet all customers when they walk in and assist them as they walk through the showroom to direct them to the right sections, and then assist to help them find the types of tile they're looking for.

-Asking questions like: what colors do you like, what's your style (contemporary / traditional) - help guide them to the types of tile they're really looking for

-Not a full service design center, so it's just helping them find the tile in the showroom

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

MUST HAVE

-HS diploma or GED

-Computer skills: basic excel, entering into existing spreadsheets

-Face to face customer service experience, can be retail or admin (1-2+ years of experience preferred)

-Someone who has strong interpersonal skills and able to build rapport

-Has tough skin and able to deal with strong willed individuals

NICE TO HAVE:

-Prior work experience working with tile or construction material

-Bilingual in Spanish and English (write, speak, and read)
