JOB SUMMARY :

The DEXIS Sales Operations Manager plays a key role in our Sales and Support Teams by leading a behind the scenes team of experts that standardize reporting across our various sales forces, create standard work and trainings for various teams, and is able to translate real life scenarios into business related processes that help achieve our objectives. This individual will need to be familiar with the day-to-day activities across various teams to identify bottlenecks and implement improvements. The ideal candidate isn’t afraid to jump into any situation, access what’s going on and start driving improvements to maximize efficiencies.

PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Direct leadership of the Sales Operations and Process/Technology team members.

  • Work closely with the commercial leadership teams to assist and execute sales operational planning including quota/target assignment, account assignment, territory creation, sales forecasts, and headcount planning.

  • Provide support and reporting for all sales force incentive programs.

  • Proactively monitor and strive to maintain high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency for all commercial sales operations.

  • Design, implement, and standardize the commercial process for sales effectiveness based on set company standards with respect to the needs of the Opco/Business unit.

  • Identify reporting needs and deliver effective data analysis to drive sale force effectiveness and results.

  • Work on the effective use of various sales tools including CRM, Seismic, SAP, & data warehouse by overseeing the creation of standard work and training material.

  • Oversee various projects as needed.

  • Provide key metrics and insights to enable key executive decisions for platform changes, roadmap direction and sales support.

  • Manage annual sales compensation programs for all roles within Diagnostics

  • Manage sales ranking for multiple sales teams.

  • Oversee the creation of dashboards for sales results and competitive share gains and loses.

  • Work with legal and commercial leadership to ensure all dealer agreements, rebate programs and proactively manage to ensure compliance on an annual basis.

  • Communicate, listen and motivate at all organizational levels through fact based perspectives and have a positive outlook through the process.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • BA in Business, Finance, or equivalent work experience required.

  • 3 years in managing sales operations or analytics platformswith demonstrated successes in prior assignments, proven leadership skills, working cross functionally, and high standards of personal integrity.

  • 2years experience of dental distribution channels.

  • Domestic travel is required for this role up to 25% with overnight travel.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • MBA or MS in Finance preferred.

  • 3+ years partnering with Customer facing teams, Sales Operations, Sales Process Management - Reporting Data, Creating Standard work, and Training.

  • 3+ years experience converting commercial strategies into operational realities through planning, training, sustainment and monitoring results for effectiveness.

Target Market Salary Range:

Actual compensation packages take into account a wide range of factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to geographic location; skill sets; relevant education and certifications; depth of experience; performance; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed reasonable estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Envista, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The total compensation package for this position may also include an annual performance bonus, medical/dental/vision benefits, 401K match, and/or other applicable compensation plans.
