Summary Position is responsible for assisting the Senior Strategy Officer with the maintenance, strengthening and management of the Bank's business continuity and vendor management programs. Incumbent is responsible for scheduling and documenting annual continuity tests, works with department leaders to create plans specific to their function, and monitors progress of new and annual vendor reviews. Incumbent develops strong understanding of the banks critical systems, functions and vendors and the requirements for business resumption and continuity.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities Participates in the annual review process of critical vendors, gathering and reviewing required documentation. Independently monitors progress of new vendor reviews, gathering all required documentation, forms and approvals. Participates in multidiscipline, high-performance work teams/grounds, preferably in a leadership capacity. Gather and analyze information relevant to continuity of current and new products and services. Participate in and/or chair project meetings, documenting issues, action items and able to provide status updates and information on assignments. Effectively interact with employees, vendors, contractors, and senior management. Work closely with technology management. Travel to various banking locations and working non-standard hours will be required from time to time. Maintains a current knowledge and consistent compliance with Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) requirements, as well as knowledge and consistent compliance with other banking regulations and Bank policies and procedures related to the position. Maintains confidentiality and delivers quality of service as defined by department standards. Supports the company's Mission, Vision, and Values. Other duties may be assigned.

Preferred Education and/or Experience: 0 - 2 years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Proficient experience with Microsoft office Suite including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook. Preferred general understanding of banking products, services, forms, and regulations.
