You will join a dynamic team of 40 marketing professionals who operate as an internal agency within a Fortune 500 company. We have designers, writers, digital, social and email experts along with developers who are responsible for managing our website, patient engagement programs, email outreach and external marketing to patients, caregivers, physicians, teammates and other key stakeholders. We are helping drive the perception of the company and tell the story of what makes DaVita different and special! We are motivated to help people manage Chronic Kidney Disease and End Stage Kidney Disease and build better overall health care experiences. ThePaid Social Media & Display Specialistlocated in our corporate office in Denver will provide support to DaVita's digital marketing team by assisting with day-to-day social media & display execution and management for the core Kidney Care business as well as several high priority partners across the compa This role will be essential in leading & executing our paid social & display advertising efforts for davita.com as well as other key business initiatives. This role will assist the Digital Marketing team in enhancing the full scope of performance across advertising channels by optimizing and re-imagining the paid social media offerings at DaVita. Included in this role will also be the product/partner ownership & advancement of our display advertising efforts including video advertising & CTV (connected TV).

This role plays a pivotal role in Data & Analytics for the team & will have a hand in leveraging our Analytics platform to formulate strategy outcomes and testing. This role will also assist the Digital Marketing Team in B2B intelligence and research as we partner with key stakeholders across the DaVita Village.

Responsibilities: Paid Social Media & Display Daily/weekly account management of Paid Social Channels to include Meta (Facebook), Instagram, Pinterest, and LinkedIn and others as the business requires. Ability to create audiences, look-a-like audiences and other segments to reach our target market via retargeting and/or productive alternatives. Optimization and/or creation of audience segments across multiple social platforms with particular experience using Meta (Facebook) and LinkedIn Advertising (B2B) as a paid marketing channel. Continual efforts to innovate and identify effective social platforms via proof-of-concept and applicability to the company's goals. A/B testing social ads with ability to interpret performance analytics to present to stakeholders. Advancement of core Digital Marketing KPI's for various internal stakeholder objectives that are both patient and physician/hospital facing. Lead the paid social media efforts related to myDaVita/email acquisition strategy and execution.

Display/Video Advertising Stay updated and recommend new technology & channels across managed Display to drive campaign objectives independently and in coordination with our brand creative team and agency partners. Collaborate with internal & external Display advertising resources to achieve intended outcomes. Understand our current capabilities & provide recommendations where Display Advertising can grow to include emerging Display advertising technologies and delivery methods. Testing various placements, creative, and related display assets for optimum performance. Continuous learning related to emerging technologies such as AI and generative content creation

B2B Intelligence Experience using LinkedIn targeting and it's various Ad format types to reach B2B audiences Staying up to date on all B2B Digital Marketing best practices. Experience in B2B paid social marketing within healthcare a plus. Assisting Digital Marketing team in thought partnership around B2B advertising.

Paid Social Media Analytics Thought leadership and collaboration with Data & Analytics team Provide broader learnings and be a resource for all questions related to Google Analytics with respect to digital marketing campaigns and additional tracking enabled efforts. Partner and help support broader Digital Team to provide insights into campaign performance across channels via performance reporting. High level of experience and confidence with presenting complex data in a compelling and storytelling fashion to various levels of staff and leadership.
