Robert Half is looking for an organized, efficient Legal Receptionist to join our client on a contract basis. This position is perfect for detail-oriented self-starters that are looking to expand their legal career. The Legal Receptionist will play a vital role in maintaining the organization's legal information and facilitating its day-to-day operations.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Welcome clients and visitors and answer or refer inquiries.

• Maintain reception area to a high standard.

• Answer phone calls professionally and efficiently, offering assistance and redirecting calls as necessary.

• Maintain diary, schedule meetings and appointments, and provide reminders to staff.

• Assist in the preparation of legal documents and reports.

• Take and distribute incoming mail or other material and load work files for lawyers.

• Handle administrative requests from senior staff.

  Requirements

Qualifications:

• Previous office receptionist experience, preferably within a law firm.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Able to handle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, meet deadlines, and show initiative.

• High level of attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other office management systems.

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is considered a plus.
