General Information Job Title: Resilience Coordinator Location: 3033 East 1st Ave, Denver CO 80206 Employee Type: Exempt Full-Time Hiring Pay Range: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year The hiring pay range for this position is commensurate with the level of relevant experience and education.

Summary Come be a part of building and scaling an effective Resilience/Business Continuity program at ANB Bank! We are looking for an energetic candidate who is familiar in resiliency/Business Continuity and looking for a chance to be a part of developing institutional change. In this role you will work directly with information technology and business department leads ensuring the platforms and applications they rely on daily meets the ANB standard requirements for business resumption and continuity.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities Assists in the support of incident response and recovery activities for business or technology disruptions, including those caused by cyber-attacks, natural disaster, man-made disaster, and other crisis scenarios at all times as necessitated by the disruption. Assists in monitoring incident alerts and escalates when necessary. Participates in resilience tests, including reporting on resiliency and the evaluation of test deficiencies Effectively interact with employees, vendors, contractors, and senior management. Maintains a current knowledge and consistent compliance with Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) requirements, as well as knowledge and consistent compliance with other banking regulations and Bank policies and procedures related to the position. Maintains confidentiality and delivers quality of service as defined by department standards. Supports the company's Mission, Vision, and Values. Other duties may be assigned.

Preferred Education and/or Experience: 2+ years of related IT or banking experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
