About the Job:

  • The Revenue Marketing Specialist is tasked with coordinating and executing demand generation and ABM programs across marketing and sales channels that accelerate pipeline development and drive growth. This role requires someone who can drive marketing initiatives to scale inbound and outbound sales efforts. The ideal candidate understands demand generation, account-based marketing, sales cycles and sales prospecting campaigns. You will be part of the wider AECO North America revenue marketing team promoting the portfolio across NA Major Accounts.

What You Will Do

  • In this role, you will work closely with enterprise account managers and the broader sales teams to drive awareness of Client's offering into selected large enterprise accounts and be critical to generating revenue within these accounts with both demand generation and account-based marketing (ABM) activity. ? Execute programs and campaigns in order to drive growth and revenue opportunities, iterating and refining based on data-driven insights.

? Collaborate cross-functionally to understand the account portfolios, as well as prioritized and segmented accounts for optimal strategic execution.

? Analyze and identify key prospect and customer pain points, buying patterns and business opportunities and maintain a sharp awareness of the competitor landscape.

? Measure, analyze and regularly report on the impact of programs on strategic accounts, as well as performance against core business KPIs.

? Delivery of account research and analysis to support growth strategies and input on development of highly tailored plans for identified accounts.

? Partner closely with sales teams to ensure strong marketing and sales alignment and focus on buyer engagement motions.

? Content creation and development of account-specific assets: targeted exec documents, exec briefings, digital sales rooms.

? Documentation of ABM processes and scenarios. Contribute to ABM roadmap development.

To be successful in the role you will have:

? Ideally 3-5 years' experience in working in a marketing within a B2B environment

? A degree in Marketing, Marketing Communications, or other relevant discipline

? Two or more years of experience using marketing automation/CRM platforms like Marketo and Salesforce, among others

? Exceptional ability to work cross-functionally and build deep relationships with core stakeholders and team members

? A clear understanding of sales processes and prospecting needs and ability to en age sales teams in relevant conversations
