Your Role: Be the Backbone of Sales Support: Provide essential administrative support to our sales team, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. Master the Order Process: Handle and process sales orders, contracts, and customer inquiries with precision, including managing payments when needed. Keep Records Spot-On: Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records for easy access and reference. Collaborate and Coordinate: Work closely with the Operations and Sales teams to organize impactful meetings and reports that drive success. Be the Friendly Face: Serve as the first point of contact for calls, emails, and correspondence related to sales activities. Facilitate Smooth Communication: Ensure seamless interactions between departments to keep sales-related tasks running smoothly. Be Flexible: Provide backup coverage for the reception area during breaks, absences, or high-volume periods. Handle General Office Duties: Support organizational efficiency with tasks like filing, scanning, and photocopying documents. What Were Looking For: Educational Background: High School Diploma or equivalent. Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable with computer systems. Detail-Oriented: Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong Communicator: Ability to manage sales orders and billing inquiries with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience: Two or more years in sales order entry, billing, and customer service roles. Problem-Solver: Proven ability to assess situations and resolve issues effectively.
