Job Description

Work Schedule: Regular: Wednesday-Saturday 8:00pm-6:30am Training: Wednesday-Sunday 10:00am-8:30pm Duties/Responsibilities: Responsible for pre-analytical processes within the life cycle of the laboratory specimen: collection, packaging, shipping, receiving, processing, tracking, and archiving Interfaces with Eurofins DPT clients to resolve specimen issues Recommends changes in services, processes, and policies that enhance pre-analytical efficiencies Works with Quality Assurance to resolve client complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, and making recommendation to management Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed Performs duties in compliance with all applicable regulatory and accrediting agencies. Assists department as needed with routine operations Supports Eurofins DPT's business philosophy, leadership values, and ethics In order to meet Eurofins DPT's quality policy and objectives, all employees are expected to meetbasic expectations of Eurofins DPT's quality management system including, but not limited to good workmanship,adherence tostandard operational procedures, training,good documentation practices, and accurate recordkeeping.

Qualifications High school diploma Minimum 1 yearof experience preferred but not required New to the clinical laboratory testing environment Strong customer service skills Strong Communication Skills and analytical skills
