Description
We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a competent Workplace Experience Coordinator. This role is centered around Facilities Management and will be conducted in-person. As a Workplace Experience Coordinator, you will be the touchpoint for employees at all levels, ensuring a smooth and efficient workplace experience.
Responsibilities:
• Provide a welcoming reception and concierge service, greeting employees and visitors with a smile
• Register vendors and visitors, maintaining open communication with all parties
• Ensure efficient communication with the supervisor, providing daily updates
• Conduct regular walkthroughs of the workplace to ensure supplies are stocked and spaces are clean and uncluttered
• Manage mail distribution, either delivering directly or notifying recipients
• Monitor and respond to inquiries in emails and Slack channels
• Oversee the Work Order system, ensuring all tasks are completed in a timely manner
• Conduct regular space inspections, reporting any issues such as leaks to the supervisor or landlord
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of finance and budgeting, handling accruals as necessary
• Exhibit excellent project management skills, planning and organizing tasks efficiently.
Requirements • Demonstrated experience in Customer Service.
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in Reporting and Planning.
• Ability to handle Project Management tasks effectively.
• Basic understanding of Finance is necessary.
• Experience in Receptionist Duties is a plus.
• Familiarity with Vendors management.
• Skills in Budgeting and Facilities Management are required.
• Proficiency in utilizing Zoom for meetings and coordination.
• Ability to provide Concierge Services when needed.
• Experience with Slack for internal communications.
• Ability to liaise with Landlords and manage related issues.
• Knowledge in Accruals would be beneficial.
• Familiarity with ST Microcontroller.
• Experience in Prescreening procedures.
• All candidates are required to undergo screening procedures when required.
