Job Title: Customer Service Representative, Cameras
Department: A+ Communications
FLSA: Non-Exempt
General Function:
Within this role, you'll be responsible for the daily monitoring of 22,000 camera's overseeing camera system health, troubleshooting from an office setting partnering with A-Plus Technicians, IT and Hy-Vee Loss Protection toward resolution.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Oversee, Monitor and Report on camera system health.
Troubleshoot and diagnose out of service cameras partnering with IT, Technicians and Loss Prevention.
Initiate, Track and Follow-up on status of service orders.
Exemplify superb customer service.
Identify process improvements.
Other duties as assigned by manager.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Worker Characteristics:
Proven organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask projects, incidents.
Effective troubleshooting skills combined with a self-starter attitude.
Proven ability to assess and evaluate situations effectively; as well as identify critical issues quickly and accurately.
Highly computer literate, proficient in Microsoft and basic networking skills.
Education and Experience:
High School Degree, 1-2 years’ experience in related field, CCTV Experience.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
Working Conditions:
The duties of this position are performed in general office setting with prolonged periods sitting at a desk, working on a computer and viewing multiple computer monitors.
There is frequent pressure to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks in a day.
