POSITION SUMMARY

The Senior Parking & Mobility Associate reports directly to the Vice President of Parking & Mobility and working directly with our parking services operator facilitates smooth daily operations on the bedrock parking team. The Senior Parking & Mobility Associate will be responsible for executing a high volume of parking requests and removing obstacles in day-to-day parking operations for a dynamic parking portfolio of over 19,000 spaces.

ESSENTIAL FUNTIONS

  • Oversee the execution of parking operations and assignments within Bedrock’s portfolio, including development and redevelopment lease/license agreements executions and/or renewals, acquisitions, and events/placemaking activations.

  • In partnership with the Vice President, Parking & Mobility, Manager, and other Associates, identify current gaps in parking operational policies and procedures and develop action plan(s) to improve efficiencies aiming toward operational excellence while supporting targeted growth.

  • In partnership with the Vice President, Manager and Asset Management Team develop short/long range revenue projections, expense savings and effective demand utilization of all parking facilities.

  • Review facilities and conduct inspections on a regular basis. Work as a liaison with the appropriate stakeholders, vendors, and all internal parties to coordinate, monitor and facilitate repairs.

  • Support and contribute to the development of ongoing improvements to the parking experience, including but not limited to; innovative technology, mobility initiatives, transportation demand management initiatives, parking compliance, electric vehicle charging and other special projects as designated by the Vice President.

  • Oversee the execution and implementation of parking related programs stemming from technological advances and/or procedural changes.

  • Support the development and implementation of parking and mobility operations policies and procedures.

  • While working directly with the parking operator, facilitate tenant parking access, including providing parking maps and collateral in tenant and resident welcome packets

  • Update parking communications and parking maps for the property management team

  • Utilize the Yardi system to enter and track parking POs (Purchase Orders), invoices, and intercompany billing

  • Prepare and submit work orders and vendor logs for garage issues

  • Maintain active checklists for vendor accountability and track compliance with response SLAs (Service Level Agreements)

  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as needed

  • Schedule and/or attend monthly meetings with key stakeholders and parking operators

  • Perform all other tasks as assigned by the Vice President

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in operations, business, or logistics

  • Approximately 7 years of related experience

  • Valid driver’s license

  • Experience effectively multi-tasking

  • Good time-management skills and the

  • Ability to address parking, access and logistical matters at varying levels of complexity

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Ability to successfully perform in a fast-paced and changing environment

  • Process focused to ensure procedures are sufficient for both internal and external business partners

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, Outlook, Word, and Excel
