Pension Funds Administrator

Department

You will be part of Aon’s International Wealth department. Our growing team in Brussels provides consulting services for multinational companies looking to manage multi-country pension solutions for their employees. The main activities cover the management and coordination of the actuarial, administration, governance and investment activities for cross-border funds, including United Pensions, Aon’s multi-employer pension fund operating in multiple countries.

Your role

  • You will give administrative support to pension fund managers by

  • Planning and coordination

  • Scheduling quarterly Board meetings and supporting the practical organization

  • Preparing publications and uploading documents using online tools

  • Monitoring invoices

  • You are in contact with the accountant and other stakeholders

  • You are responsible for the legal reportings

  • You guide the auditors in their audit of the pension fund and ensure that all documents are available

  • You will give support to the team

  • Proactive supporting the team in everyday operations

  • Prepare presentations

    Your profile

  • Being accurate is your second nature

  • You are very strong in administration

  • You have a very good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint

  • You are able to be a self-starter, work independently and have a good team spirit

  • You have a Bachelor Degree (Office Manager, Insurance, Economics or similar by experience)

  • You have a (basic) understanding of accounting

  • You have excellent organizational skills

  • You have good communication and interpersonal skills

  • You speak Dutch or French and English

  • You are client oriented, disciplined and flexible

  • You are able to work in a high performing team and manage your priorities effectively
