Job Title: Machine Operator- Computer Exp required

Pay: $19.04 hr

Shift: 12 hours flexible schedule

As a Machine Operator. You'll operate and maintain coating machinery, ensuring high-quality production and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and prepare machinery for coating.

• Operate machines to coat materials (paper, film, textiles).

• Monitor and ensure quality of coatings.

• Inspect and maintain equipment.

• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues.

• Follow safety protocols.

• Collaborate with team to meet production goals.

• Maintain production records.

• Participate in training.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Experience as a machine operator (coating/printing preferred).

• Familiarity with coating machinery is a plus.

• Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills.

• Ability to read technical documents.

• Attention to detail.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• Adaptability to a fast-paced environment.

• Basic computer skills.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

• Manual dexterity for operating machinery.

• Ability to work in a noisy environment with exposure to chemicals and moving parts.
