JOB REQUIREMENTS: Director of E-Commerce, Lands\' End Outfitters - DIRDI005335 As the Director of E-Commerce, you will be responsible for developing and executing our online sales strategy and lead generation to enhance our digital presence in the B2B and B2B2C marketplaces. You will oversee all aspects of our e-commerce operations, including website management, which includes both a public website and customized customer specific websites (storefronts). * Develop and implement a comprehensive e-commerce strategy aligned with the company\'s overall business objectives. * Lead the planning and execution of online customer acquisition campaigns, driving sales campaigns, as well providing a user experience that illustrates our solutions that unite and enhance our customer\'s brand through our offerings. * Manage the day-to-day operations of our e-commerce platform, ensuring seamless functionality, user experience, and performance optimization. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, IT, and product management, to align e-commerce initiatives with broader business goals. * Analyze key performance metrics, such as lead generation metrics, traffic, conversion rates, average order value, and customer lifetime value, to identify opportunities for improvement and growth. * Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge in the market. * Lead a team of e-commerce professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to drive individual and collective success.
