In this crucial position, you'll be at the forefront of crafting unmatched dining experiences for our esteemed guests. Your main duties will revolve around managing the day-to-day operations of Sora, guiding a team of highly skilled professionals, and ensuring the consistent delivery of exceptional service. Your leadership abilities, meticulous eye for detail, and dedication to excellence will play a pivotal role in steering the success of our renowned Japanese dining destination.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in restaurant management, in a luxury or fine-dining setting.

• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.

• Knowledge of food and beverage trends, as well as local and international cuisines.

• Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and restaurant management software.

• Exceptional customer service skills and a passion for exceeding guest expectations.

• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
