Job Description

A large retail & commercial bank is looking for two Scrum Masters to join their team in Mexico. The role can be fully REMOTE or can sit onsite in their Mexico City office. The candidate must be bilingual in English/Spanish. The bank has close to $90B in assets, 9K employees and more than 2M customers along the east coast. In addition to providing excellent banking experiences for their customers, the bank also very involved in the community through charitable giving and philanthropy to give back to low/moderate income and underserved communities. The bank is currently building digital channels and expanding their cloud AWS journey. The team in Mexico is responsible for supporting their API platform for Level 2 and 3 support as an escalation, so these Scrum Masters will be working with those teams.

The Technical Program Manager for the Digital Payments team defines how a proposed system will accomplish business requirements through technical solutions for functional and non-functional requirements making sure that the end to end is a scalable service. Provides support and analysis for systems to ensure smooth and continuous running of corporate systems and assessment of software for efficiency, speed, and cost of implementation and maintenance. This could include regular and preventative maintenance, systems requirement management and process related analysis. Positions could have responsibility for infrastructure performance as well as new technology implementation or rollouts. This role will be primarily responsible for multiple phases across SDLC spectrum including solution design, product configuration, integration, migration and support the delivery of Digital Payments solutions implementations as SME.

Skills and Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager

• Technical/Software Engineering Background

• Payments Experience (SWIFT, ISO20, ISO22, FISERV)

• Experience guiding team in Agile/Waterfall best practices and resolving impediments - Experience with JBOSS/WebSphere AppServer or similar application servers

• Experience with MQ, sFTP

• Knowledge of high-level programming languages like Java, C# or Python null
