For our location in Dortmund, which specializes in the development, manufacture and global distribution of gas and liquid-lubricated mechanical seals for compressors, turbines, pumps, agitators, etc., we are looking for a Trainee in Quality Management (M/F/T) .

Our two-year trainee program offers you:

• Optimization of business and production processes taking quality assurance into account

• Support and implementation of improvement projects in the quality department

• Active collaboration with international Flowserve locations to introduce PLM 2.0

• Working on challenging and exciting interdisciplinary projects across the entire location

• International assignment at one of our international locations

• Participation in additional qualification measures (product training, lean training, project management, etc.)

• Continuous support from a personal mentor

Requirements:

• Successfully completed studies in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering or comparable

• Interest and enthusiasm for the subject areas Quality Management, Quality Assurance and Quality Control

• Hands-on mentality and personal responsibility when processing and implementing projects

• Very high level of self-discipline and organization

• Very good knowledge of English

• Good communication skills, enthusiasm and a high level of social skills
