What are your contributions to the team?

• Write and revise assembly instruction books or manufacturing instruction books for the manufacturing or assembly of aircraft components.

• Interpret, verify and approve drawings and other engineering documents.

• Develop assembly and manufacturing strategies for aircraft components.

• Develop necessary tools to manufacture or assemble aircraft components by considering established geometric tolerancing.

• Harmonize the implementation of engineering changes or assembly strategies by working in close collaboration with Engineering, Parts Logistics, Quality and Production.

• Participate actively in production support by coordinating problem solving with other support departments.

How to thrive in this role?

• You have a college or university diploma in mechanical engineering or a related discipline;

• You have at least two (2) years of experience in a manufacturing environment.

• You are comfortable reading technical drawings and have good 3D visualization and a good analytical mind;

• You have good logic and a good mechanical mind;

• You are familiar with Ms Office suite software (Word, Excel and PowerPoint);

• You are familiar with computer-aided drawing software such as Catia, Enovia, etc.;

• You are familiar with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software such as SAP…;

• You have an excellent team spirit, you are recognized for your perseverance and your judgment;

• You are proficient in the French language, both spoken and written, and you have a good knowledge of the English language.
