Our shift managers are in charge of running the restaurant and seeing that our customers are served accurately and quickly. Among their various duties, Managers control waste, position the crew for best customer service and prepare deposits. Managers must be able to react quickly and fix problems. The ability to work with customers and co-workers is a must. Shifts vary and must be able to work weekends.
