Reyes Holdings Field Service Supervisor in DOWNEY, California

    Position Summary:

    The Field Service Supervisor (FSS) manages a team of Service Technicians who install and/or repair cold drink and/or fountain equipment. This position provides superior mechanical equipment service and/or delivery to customer accounts within an assigned geography ensuring a high level of beverage quality and equipment service. The FSS manages budgets and operating expenses.

Position Responsibilities: 

  • Delivers the company’s field service vision while identifying, sharing, and implementing best practices to ensure KPI targets are defined, and goals are met

  • Coach, motivate and develop team members while leading productivity improvement of team

  • Act as a liaison with customers and sales teams to respond to issues from a supervisor level

  • Analyze and assess relevant business data for field service metrics and manage financial controls as the Supervisor

  • Other duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience: 

  • Bachelor’s degree with 3 plus years of related experience and 0 to 1 plus years of supervisory experience or High School Diploma or Tech School Certification with 6 plus years of specific experience and 1 to 2 plus years of supervisory experience

Preferred Education and Experience: 

  • Electrical Certification or Vocational Certification
