Position : Loan Resolution (Collections) Manager

Key Responsibilities:
Supervision and Leadership:
Supervise and manage the daily activities of collectors.
Monitor and review collectors’ work queues, assignments, and performance.
Train, coach, and mentor newly hired collectors, ensuring their integration and adherence to performance standards.
Performance Management and Reporting:
Assist in the development and preparation of weekly delinquency reports by collector.
Support the Director in monitoring delinquency and charge-off trends, providing insights for strategic adjustments.
Collaborate with the Director to develop and execute Partner Success Plans.
Decision-Making and Approvals:
Review and approve accounts for legal action, repossession, and charge-offs.
Evaluate and approve special account arrangements, including settlement agreements, payment extensions, due date changes, and account re-writes.
Oversee updates to credit bureau records and monitor collateral sale processes.
Member and Stakeholder Support:
Resolve escalated member complaints and inquiries.
Serve as a liaison between the collections department and other branches, departments, or external vendors.
Facilitate seamless communication and service delivery within the organization.
Operational Administration:
Maintain accurate records of employee time off, including vacation, sick leave, and tardiness.
Assist upper management with special reports, projects, and assignments as needed.

Actively participate in identifying and addressing concerns or potential policy violations.
Other Duties:
- Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by the Director to support departmental goals and organizational success.
Qualifications:
Education and Experience:
Associate’s degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and Excel.
