The job holder will spearhead the implementation, customization, and integration of Salesforce solutions and lead strategic initiatives to optimize Salesforce platforms, driving efficiency and scalability in alignment with business objectives.

  • Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for Salesforce initiatives aligned with business objectives to optimize Salesforce utilization and support business growth.

  • Lead end-to-end project management activities, including planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting to ensure timely, efficient, and successful Salesforce project delivery.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to gather requirements, provide updates, manage budgets and timelines, ensuring alignment throughout the project lifecycle to foster clear communication, manage resources effectively, and achieve project goals.

  • Oversee the optimization, customization, and configuration of Salesforce platforms to maximize efficiency and effectiveness to enhance user experience, streamline processes, and improve overall Salesforce functionality.

  • Manage the integration of Salesforce with other systems and applications, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality eliminating data silos, improve data accessibility, and create a unified user experience.

  • Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce administrators, developers, and analysts to deliver high-quality solutions and drive continuous improvement to build a highly skilled team, foster a collaborative environment, and achieve ongoing Salesforce optimization.

  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with Salesforce implementations, ensuring data security, compliance, and system stability to safeguard data integrity, adhere to regulations, and maintain a reliable Salesforce platform.

  • Implement change management processes to facilitate user adoption and ensure successful implementation of Salesforce solutions to minimize user resistance, maximize user engagement, and achieve successful Salesforce adoption.

  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of Salesforce initiatives on business outcomes.

  • Manage relationships with Salesforce vendors and partners, negotiate contracts, and oversee the delivery of services and solutions.

5. Key Performance Indicators

  • % of Salesforce projects successfully deployed on time and within budget.

  • User Adoption Rate: Measure of how effectively Salesforce solutions are embraced and utilized across the organization.

  • Customer Satisfaction Score (CSAT): Feedback from internal stakeholders or end-users regarding their satisfaction with Salesforce implementations and support.

  • % increase in data accuracy, completeness, and consistency achieved through Salesforce implementations and data management initiatives.

  • Return on Investment (ROI): Financial measure of the benefits derived from Salesforce projects compared to the initial investment.

  • Average time taken to implement new Salesforce features or functionalities from conception to deployment.

  • System Performance and Stability: Metrics related to Salesforce system uptime, response time, and resolution of performance issues.

  • Timelines and success rate of integrating Salesforce with other systems, applications, or data sources.

  • Compliance and Security Adherence

  • DH and its vertical employees, Department Heads and Line Managers

  • IT department, Commercial, Finance & Internal Audit departments

  • Vendors and consultants / Governmental entities (e.g. DLD, Dewa, RERA etc.)

7. Qualifications, Experiences, Skills

Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge:

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology/ Computer Science/ Information Systems and Security; Master’s degree preferred

  • Professional accreditation from either PMI (Project Management Institute)/ APM (Associate for Project Management)/ Prince2 (foundation or practitioner)

Minimum Experience (number of years):

  • Minimum 6-8 years of program and product management experience in B2C and B2B enterprise scale digital applications delivery, processes, and best practices.

  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing product strategies that drive growth and increase customer satisfaction.

  • Experience in risk management & mitigation strategies - preferred

  • Have managed products AED 2Mn and above – preferred

  • Project Management: Strong project management skills to effectively plan, execute, and oversee Salesforce implementation projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.

  • Stakeholder Management: Ability to engage and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels, including executives, business users, IT teams, and external vendors, to gather requirements, communicate project status, and drive consensus.

  • Customization and Configuration: Experience in customizing and configuring Salesforce solutions to meet specific business needs, including designing custom objects, fields, workflows, and validation rules.

  • Integration Knowledge: Understanding of integration concepts and experience in integrating Salesforce with other systems such as ERP, CRM, and third-party applications using APIs, middleware, or integration platforms.

  • Change Management: Proficient in change management methodologies to facilitate user adoption and manage resistance during Salesforce implementations, including training, communication, and user support strategies.

  • Problem-solving Skills: Ability to identify and resolve complex technical and business issues related to Salesforce implementation, customization, data migration, and system integrations.

  • Analytics and Reporting: Familiarity with Salesforce reporting and analytics tools to create meaningful dashboards, reports, and insights that enable data-driven decision-making and performance monitoring.

  • Quality Assurance: Knowledge of quality assurance best practices to ensure the integrity, reliability, and security of Salesforce solutions through testing, validation, and compliance with industry standards and regulations.

  • Continuous Improvement: Commitment to continuous learning and improvement by staying updated with the latest Salesforce releases, trends, and best practices, and applying them to enhance processes, efficiency, and user experience.
