About the Job:

An opportunity has arisen for a Learning & Development Intern to join Burj Al Arab Jumeirah .The main duties and responsibilities of this role:

  • Support the delivery and execution of L&D initiatives.

  • Provide L&D services and support to all the departments.

  • Play a key role in data collection, analysis and action planning for the property.

  • Coordinate and schedule various learning activities as needed.

  • Take ownership of basic functional requests associated with Oracle Tahweel, Axonify and all other Learning system and application.

  • Ensure a collaborative work environment and “can do attitude” with all colleagues.

  • Responsible for all property L&D administrative activities.

  • Reporting Learning Data – for example LMS Reports Assignments, Completions & Attendance.

  • Learning System support – LMS course creations & audience assignment.

  • The L&D Intern will provide administrative support for Learning and Development function, facilitating a smooth implementation of the company’s training plan to maintain a skilled and productive workforce.

About you:

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

  • Fluency in written and verbal business English.

  • Demonstrated international level- Microsoft Office applications.

  • Interpersonal and teamwork abilities.

  • Effective Presentation Skills.
