About the Job:

An opportunity has arisen for a Marketing Coordinator to join Jumeirah Restaurants. The main purpose of the Marketing Coordinator is to support with the execution and implementation of all the marketing plans and strategies. Day to day, this role creates reports, coordinates activities, tracks results, builds relationships with the operations and F&B team, and supports all marketing initiatives. The main duties and responsibilities of this role are:

  • Support the marketing department's initiatives with the planning, executing, and tracking of marketing programs such as digital, events, social media, or content marketing

  • Independently coordinate marketing and community events, including overseeing logistics, managing registrations, coordinating with vendors, creating itineraries, and ordering marketing collateral.

  • Collaborate with the graphic design support to produce promotional and marketing materials

  • Supporting the marketing team in organizing various projects and initiatives both at the property level and overarching Jumeirah Restaurants brand campaigns

  • Communicate campaign objectives, timelines, and deliverables to the operations team.

  • Act as the communication nerve centre for multiple projects, ensuring timely and consistent correspondence

  • Manage relationships with external vendors to ensure high-quality and timely execution of marketing requirements, and to ensure competitiveness, while following the Procurement process for vendor relations

  • Assist with new opening marketing collateral requirements in terms of procuring quotes, samples, etc.

  • Raise all the PRs and ensure timely follow-ups on the LPOs status

  • Track all marketing expenses for all restaurants

  • Process invoices and ensure the payment of each invoice, accurately managing monthly accruals for respective departments – liaising directly with the Finance and Procurement team.

  • Maintain the marketing budget in a comprehensive and accessible format

About You

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

  • 2-3 Years of experience with luxury brands or hospitality

  • Proficiency in spoken and written business English

  • Past work experience as a marketing coordinator or similar role

  • Branding knowledge

  • Graphic design

  • Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing

  • Research using data analytics software

  • Event Management Skills

  • Any second language besides English will be an advantage
