SUMMARY

The Customer Care Associate - Outbound (CCA) will represent the overall interests of the company through the effective management of the ongoing relationships of an assigned group of existing accounts across all of Shred-it’s service locations. The CCA prime responsibility is the retention, customer care, contract renewal, administration and monitoring of an assigned database of accounts. In addition the CCA will identify areas to enhance operational efficiency, increase revenue and sales opportunities within their accounts.

The CCA will perform a significant role in ensuring customer satisfaction for the Ireland Service Centre Network.

RESPONSIBILITIES

In the role of Client Care Associate Outbound you will have primary responsibility to provide regular outbound customer care calls to ensure all customers are satisfied with the service and have an opportunity to feedback any issues, suggestions, thoughts or concerns.

You will provide input to corporate planning for the Ireland service centres regarding their account maintenance.

You will establish, build and manage strong long term client relationships and provide on-going client contact to an assigned group of existing accounts.

You will be responsible to investigating, analysing and resolving customer complaints and service issues to the customer satisfaction.

REQUIREMENTS

In the role of Outbound CCA you will have previous experience in an equivalent telephone based customer service business to business capacity, with proven success of building and maintaining customer relationships.

You will have excellent organisational, interpersonal and communication skills both written and oral. Knowledge of SAP would be advantageous as well as MS Office tools.

You will be committed to total customer satisfaction.
