Lenovo Operations Coordinator in Dublin, Ireland

We have opportunity to join our EMEA eCommerce team in Dublin!

Are you naturally organised and have an ability to effectively manage complex and dynamic environments?

Our EMEA eCommerce team is looking for an Operations Coordinator to assist in the day to day management of a dynamic ecommerce business across the EMEA Geo. This role is based in Dublin and offers a flexible working environment, you will have an ability to work independently and be an integral part of the evolving eCommerce team in Lenovo globally.

You will get the opportunity to:

  • Assist in the day-to-day management of the business including managing PO’s and vendor payments, tracking priorities, managing target tracking

  • Organise and attending meetings; meeting preparation and meeting minutes

  • Assist in the coordination of projects

  • Travel & event planning

  • Expense management

  • Create reports, presentations, research, briefing papers, and other documents.

  • Undertake HR administration.

  • Organise and assist with internal and external business events and hospitality. On the other side, this is what we expect from you:

  • Minimum 3+ years business experience preferably in a technology, consumer electronics or e-commerce environment.

  • You think analytically and systematically

  • Detail-oriented with good project management, organizational, and analytical skills.

  • Ability to partner with team-mates and peers, and other functional groups to achieve business objectives, customer-focused

  • Ability to multi-task in a rapidly changing work environment - ability to balance and prioritize multiple projects and initiatives

  • Superior communication skills and formal presentation skills

  • Be flexible and adaptable to embrace challenges

  • PC and Microsoft Office skills
