Are you ready to be at the forefront of redefining the approach to eCommerce? Diageo, the world's leading premium drinks company, is looking for a dynamic and innovative Senior eCommerce Manager to join our Digital Transformation team in Dublin.

e-Commerce has been a significant growth channel, growing in value and a strategic priority to Diageo growth ambitions. This channel is about bringing together the personal and professional shopper shift to digital channels and driving incremental growth for Diageo, by developing strategies that promote a frictionless shopper experience across channels.

In this role, you'll lead this agenda, leading a portfolio of strategic eCommerce retailers & Future Channels to develop digital strategies that drive overall category growth, and Diageo’s share within it.

You will also lead Diageo Ireland’s eCategory Development agenda, working in partnership with category development teams to identify category opportunities online and mobilising both internal teams and our customers to grasp the opportunities.

You'll be combining a broad set of skills across digital strategy, data and analytics, commercial foresight, storytelling and influencing to unite internal and external partners around a common vision, and mobilise them to complete that vision. You are a forward thinker who is able to work with partners internally & externally across multiple functions, resilient in the face of ambiguity and develop game winning strategies. You are innovative and curious around the possibilities that the digital channel uniquely offers.

Role Responsibilities:

· Own the eCommerce strategy for a portfolio of key customers, combining a range of cross-functional teams both internally and within the customer to continuously eimprovethe shopper experience online.

· Own the digital agenda in Joint Business Plans (JBPs) with key customers, operating with vision, strategy and innovation, by looking at a customer’s existing experience, painting a picture of the future, and showing them how to get there

· Trusted Advisor – you build deep relationships and are seen as a thought partner both internally and with customers, comfortably handling tensions as required

· Develop the eCategory Management Strategy, surfacing key category opportunities and mobilising internal and external team members to seek those opportunities

· Keep your finger on the pulse of the latest online trends and technological advances, proactively bringing them to customers as they emerge

· Content and Digital Shelf – Partner with the Digital Content & Activation Manager to drive outstanding product presentation and online activations for your customers

· Lead the annual operating plan for your segment, defining and adapting the roadmap of actions and A&P investment to deliver against commercial objectives

· Mentor and develop junior team members and new starters, role modelling and fostering the behaviours and capabilities required for Diageo to win in Digital

About you

· 5-7 years of demonstrated ability in Digital Sales and/or eCommerce

· Experience working directly or indirectly with omnichannel retailers

· Capable of developing digital strategies that drive commercial outcomes, and mobilising cross-functional teams to complete those strategies

· An innovative change agent who can influence and inspire executive level leaders, sales teams, marketeers partners and customers in new ways of doing business

· Able to exert customer or commercial leadership in a large multinational organisation

· Passionate about this agenda, acting as a motivator to those around you

· Agile and adaptive
