We are looking for a Learning & Development Consultant to join our team in driving this strategy.
Based in Dublin, our EMEA HQ, and reporting to the Senior Director of Learning and Development EMEA, this role will be responsible for providing learning and development expertise, within the EMEA region.
Promote the learning and development agenda in LinkedIn
Partner as a Learning & Development consultant for the region to design, develop & deliver learning content
Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure that L&D programs are aligned with specific business priorities and outcomes
Partner with HRBPs and L&D colleagues to implement L&D strategy/roadmap, sharing our enterprise solutions and solve for unique client group challenges, with customized learning solutions to meet business needs
Facilitate enterprise and regional L&D learning programs including our core programs for new hires, managers, and teams
Promote enterprise solutions into the region, with the potential to tailor solutions to best fit business needs including designing and facilitating in-person workshops for intact teams, during either predetermined events or business off-sites
Project manage selected learning programmes in EMEA to develop and enhance the learner experience
Use data insights to drive, modify and create future learning offerings
Leverage and maximize the utility of learning and development technologies to expand the impact and scale of the learning footprint globally
Share learning best practices within the L&D Partner community and L&D global team
Travel to support the delivery of core L&D programs, facilitate events, and support the implementation of learning solutions (estimated up to 15% -20%) in EMEA markets
Analyzing internal training processes and evaluating new and existing ones to enhance the internal value and impact
Complete assignments related to Learning and Development Priorities.
Basic Qualifications :
BA/BS degree in any related field
10+ years of experience in learning & development including design and delivery of learning experiences
Preferred Qualifications :
Passionate about learning and development
Proven strong key stakeholder relationships management expertise
Excellent and proven internal/external client consulting skills in L&D / HR domains,
consulting on how a learning solution fits into the overall learning/business objective
Proven track record in delivery and facilitation of training programmes, at all levels including facilitating management and leadership development learning experiences
Strong project management skills to complete multiple tasks successfully
Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
Excellent administration and organizational skills
Demonstrating business impact through metrics, and data/research insights
Knowledge of core learning theories, frameworks, assessments, etc.
Expert knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel) and Learning Management Systems
