Job Title: Medical Laboratory Technician

Job Description

As a Medical Laboratory Technician, you will process various lab specimens including human body fluids, tissues, clinical specimens, and microbiological isolates to deliver accurate and quality results that are critical for patient care. The role requires flexibility to assist across the core lab and adapt to a dynamic environment with new instruments and testing methods to handle increasing volumes. A growth mindset is essential, as this position offers the chance to acquire diverse experience in a fast-paced and expanding laboratory setting.

Hard Skills

• Hematology

• ASCP/AMT Eligibility

• Experience in CLIA/CAP Certified Laboratories

• GCLP Experience

• Experience with DxI, DxC, or Abbott Alinity H Analyzers (preferred)

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Henderson, North Carolina.

Work Environment

This position is based in a lab setting located in Henderson, NC, working within the core lab department focusing on hematology and chemistry. The roles available include two second shift positions from 12pm-8:30pm Tuesday-Saturday.
