marketing/Creative Research Manager BCForward is currently seeking for a highly motivated Marketing/Creative Associate Manager for a hybrid Opportunity in Minneapolis Position Title: Marketing/Creative Associate Manager Location: Eagan, MN Anticipated Start Date: 07/15/2024. Please note this is the target date and is subject to change. BCForward will send official notice ahead of a confirmed start date. Expected Duration: 4+ Months Job Type: Contract Pay Range: $30/hr - $45/hr. Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.). We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Contract Marketing/Creative Associate Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, advanced financial acumen, and a proven track record of driving strategic decision-making through financial analysis. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES * Use a variety of data sources to create compelling insights stories to influence customer strategy and support the sales team * Partner with Internal CMI counterparts to share insights, further storytelling, and drive growth * Present insights to customer in innovation meetings and other apertures MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS * Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing Research, Marketing, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Analytics, Economics, Anthropology, Sociology, Psychology, or another related field * Related insights/research experience within the CPG industry. * Strong Luminate and/or Numerator data/tools experience. * Comfortable with a broad range of qualitative and quantitative research methods. * Ability to leverage existing learning, as well as conduct new research. * Ability to synthesize insights and translate them into simple, compelling story * Proficiency with all MS Office platforms.
