Job Title: Production Worker

Job Description

Join our team as a Production Worker primarily responsible for applying paint with a hand-held spray gun for cabinet parts. This role includes assembling and disassembling product lines, hand scuffing, and hand sanding. You will be expected to understand and sometimes participate in modifying Standard Operating Procedures to enhance productivity and product quality. Training is provided for hand spraying materials. Responsibilities also include measuring ingredients for stains/paints to match customer orders, following safety procedures, and handling other duties as required. This position offers a clear path for advancement and a chance to work independently after training.

Work Environment

The work environment involves standing for entire shifts and occasionally lifting up to 50 lbs. You will work in a spray booth within a facility that is hot in summer and cool in winter. The environment can be dusty, and you will be required to wear jeans, a T-shirt, and steel-toe boots along with provided safety glasses and hearing protection.
