ABOUT YOU

As Project Associate, you thrive in roles where meticulous organization, attention to detail, and effective communication are paramount. Your commitment to fostering diversity and inclusion shines through as you navigate compliance requirements, coordinate events, and support department initiatives. With your problem-solving prowess and adaptability, you excel in resolving issues and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure the success of diversity programs. Your strong interpersonal skills and dedication to research enable you to build lasting relationships and stay informed about best practices in the field, ultimately contributing to a more inclusive and equitable environment.

What you will do:

  • Support compliance efforts by compiling and verifying documents for reporting and recordkeeping.

  • Prepare, revise, and proofread various documents and paperwork, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

  • Manage files, including correspondence and reports, to maintain organized recordkeeping.

  • Conduct site visits to ensure Title VI and ADA compliance, documenting findings to support regulatory requirements.

WHAT YOU OFFER

  • Associate degree or equivalent professional experience, with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in report creation.

  • Initiative and excellent communication skills.

  • Massachusetts Class D Driver’s license.

  • Commitment to diversity programs, while maintaining confidentiality and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite applications.
