Job Summary:

The dynamic vehicle electrification market keeps growing which drives a rapidly increasing demand for power semiconductors along with the need for ICs to control and drive the power switches used in multiple applications of the electric drivetrain architecture.

onsemi is seeking a self-driven, innovative, and motivated professional to join their IC design team, located in East Greenwich, RI. As a Staff Electronic Design Engineer, you will have the opportunities to design world class ICs and gate driver ICs for use in automotive but also industrial, consumer and telecom applications. You will be part of a cross functional team located in the US, Europe and Asia that defines and develops new Analog products.
