Job Description:

As a member of the Customer Service team, the Customer Service Representative will provide solutions to customer inquiries in a courteous and timely manner, including collaborating with various departments on behalf of the customers.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Participates in and demonstrates an understanding of safety principles and practices; follows all safety policies and procedures to support a safe working environment and grow our “Safety First Culture”

  • Confer with customers by telephone or in person to provide information about products or services, take or enter orders, or obtain details of complaints.

  • Check to ensure that appropriate changes were made to resolve customers' problems.

  • Keep records of customer interactions or transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken.

  • Resolve customers' service or billing complaints by performing activities such as exchanging merchandise, refunding money, or adjusting bills.

  • Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation.

  • Contact customers to respond to inquiries or to notify them of claim investigation results or any planned adjustments.

  • Obtain and examine all relevant information to assess validity of complaints and to determine possible causes.

  • Recommend improvements in products, packaging, shipping, service, or billing methods and procedures to prevent future problems.

  • Perform related duties as required or assigned by supervisor

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of Experience as Spanish Bilingual CSR

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word and Excel applications)

  • Ability to use phone and computer systems

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Strong listening/comprehension skills

  • Ability to stay composed and objective

  • Conversational, patient and confident, with a positive attitude
