Verndale Marketing Operations Manager in Ecuador - Remote, Ecuador

About the Marketing Operations Manager Position

In this highly visible role, you’ll support day-to-day sales and marketing operations related to campaign design and execution, systems integration, data maintenance, and optimization of the full marketing technology stack. This includes the website, CRM, marketing automation, sales automation, intent signals monitoring, contact acquisition, and reporting, with the end goal of driving more revenue from marketing investments. The marketing operations role is critical to helping Verndale achieve its business objectives. Our team is small, and our ambitions are high. Are you up to the challenge? 

Responsibilities

  • Own all systems, processes, data, and reporting as it relates to supporting the execution of all Sales and Marketing campaigns, including but not limited to:

  • Publishing Verndale website content

  • Setting up, testing, and deploying pre-written email campaigns

  • Identifying prospects that match our ideal customer profile (ICP) using contact databases and leveraging intent data  

  • Building and maintaining reporting dashboards and reports and supporting the integration of data from multiple data sources

  • Identifying digital trends, technologies, and industry standards to facilitate continuous improvement across Sales and Marketing operations

  • Analyzing and monitoring campaign performance data, and extracting insights around successes, anomalies, performance issues, and outcomes

  • Providing insights from predictive scoring, contact engagement, and lead status to sales and marketing teams for program enhancement

  • Ordering and maintaining inventory of marketing collateral such as printed materials and giveaways and shipping materials as needed

  • Supporting existing marketing strategies, plans, and programs

  • Working effectively and collaboratively within rapidly changing environments and shifting priorities

    Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Management, or related fields

  • 3 – 5  years of relevant B2B marketing or sales operations experience

  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce CRM and Pardot or similar marketing automation platforms; Ability to run Salesforce reports, import and update data, set up marketing campaigns, and schedule bulk email campaigns

  • Prior experience publishing content on a website content management systems (CMS)

  • Proficiency with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

  • Detail-oriented, professional, and conscientious

  • Knowledge of HTML

  • Knowledge of webinar, video, and podcasting platforms
