Change Management Analyst
Location(s): Minneapolis-St. Paul area
Travel Requirements: 0-25%
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
Responsible for partnering with Change Managment Lead and consulting partners to support execution of change strategy related activities, including change management, stakeholder management, communications, learning, measurement, readiness, leader enablement, change networks, etc.
Collaborate closely with key stakeholders, including senior leaders, project teams and end-users to gain their support and involvement in the change process
Develop strategies to equip business and functional leaders with tools and resources to support organizational change per the different phases of the project
Help activate and align change agent resources within each region to drive change and enact adherence to process standards
Create creative and targeted communications and engagement materials to engage and inform stakeholders on the change journey, including in support of roadshow and demo events
Support the continued maintenance of change impacts to inform strategic communications, engagement and training materials, coordinating with SMEs and regions for input and validation
Analyze qualitative and quantitative metrics to assess end user readiness at key program milestones; identify insights and mitigations to address readiness gaps
Identify region and country needs and adapt standard toolkit to maximize change and adoption for use in staged, regional releases
Identify potential areas of resistance and design strategies to mitigate them
Assist in developing and executing learning events to build understanding and future adoption
Maintain accurate records of change management activities, progress and outcomes
EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor's Degree required
Minimum 5 years experience in change management-related programs (stakeholder assessment, change impact analysis, digital communication and engagement, training support and business readiness)
Strong understanding of change management methodologies, tools and best practices
Excellent written and oral communication skills, including the ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and relatable manner
Ability to effectively manage stakeholders in a matrixed, global environment
Experience working on digital transformations
Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills, with the ability to influence and motivate stakeholders at all levels
Knowledgeable in matters of SAP implementation, process, and application in a manufacturing setting
Demonstrate an understanding of project planning in a global, matrixed organization
Advanced experience with Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerBI and others
