We are hiring Claims Collection Representatives due to GROWTH.

As a Claims Collections Representative, you will be responsible for contacting insurance companies and renters to resolve outstanding damage claims. Unlike traditional collections, where you face endless unanswered calls, here, you’ll find that every call counts. • Conduct outbound calls and take inbound calls with insurance companies and renters to collect outstanding damage claims

• Negotiate payments and settlements in a professional manner

• Maintain complete and accurate records of all interactions

• Collaborate with other team members

• Meet and exceed collection targets and performance metrics

  Requirements:

• At least 1 year of relevant call center/collections experience

• Strong organizational skills

• Detail-oriented

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills through various channels (phone, email, face-to-face, etc.)

• Computer savvy

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

• Self-starter

  This is a REMOTE position, must have a secure and distraction free environment.
