Multiple openings. Prepare the Montessori classroom environment. This includes cleaning, setting up self-serve snacks, preparing and restocking materials for student use. Once students arrive, guide students in the classroom. Although the children choose their own work, the Preschool Teacher observes, guides, gives presentations about work options (such as art, cleaning, polishing, cutting, sewing, stamps, etc.), maintains safety, helps with toileting, encourages collaboration between students, and supervises. After students leave, clean and pick up. Participate in and lead parent/teacher conferences. #LI-DNI
