This Sr. Product Manager will be focused on defining strategy, building product backlog, and managing key initiatives while partnering closely with engineering to ensure a best-in-class consumer centric online shopping experience for our consumers.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Work collaboratively with our internal and external partners to bring our payment technology vision to life in a fast-paced environment

  • Use your marketing, sales and service expertise to turn data-driven insights into innovative solutions that enhance sales and customer loyalty

  • As the non-vehicle ecommerce Product Management Leader, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of eCommerce product managers to drive the development and optimization of our online product portfolio

  • You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define product strategy, prioritize initiatives, and deliver best-in-class online shopping experiences

  • Provide strategic leadership and direction for the team, setting clear objectives, priorities, and goals aligned with the company's overall vision and objectives

  • Define and execute a comprehensive eCommerce product strategy and roadmap, leveraging market research, customer insights, and industry trends to drive innovation and growth

  • Collaborate closely with senior leadership, marketing, UX, engineering, and other stakeholders to align on priorities, gain buy-in, and ensure successful execution of product initiatives

  • Foster a culture of collaboration and teamwork across departments, working closely with UX and engineering teams to deliver seamless and engaging online shopping experiences

  • Continuously monitor and analyze key performance metrics and user feedback to identify opportunities for optimization, enhancement, and innovation to drive business growth and customer satisfaction

  • Manage budget allocation and resource planning for eCommerce product initiatives, ensuring efficient use of resources and alignment with business objectives

  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in eCommerce and product management, and share insights and expertise with the team to drive continuous improvement and innovation

Required Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in eCommerce product management, with a track record of providing excellent leadership and results

  • 5+ years of experience within the full funnel of the ecommerce process which may include shop/discovery/buy/browse etc.

  • 3+ years of experience leading other Product Managers/Leaders

  • 3+ years of working with eCommerce technologies, market trends, and customer behavior

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of proficiency and experience developing and optimizing Structured Query Language (SQL) to analyze and query data

  • 5+ years of experience in Fintech, healthcare, health insurance or any one or combination thereof

  • 5+ years of experience demonstrating detail oriented with critical thinking skills - ability to break down initiative-level requirements into feature and story attribute level details

  • 5+ years of experience in leading multiple projects simultaneously; strategic thinking with ability to build solid working relationships across organizational teams in a fast-paced and changing environment

  • 5+ years of experience in presenting complex ideas in a clear, concise fashion to technical and non-technical audiences

  • 5+ years of experience in defining and launching products in an Agile environment

  • 5+ years of experience in designing and documenting user flows and workflows to support application development

  • 5+ years of experience using quantitative and qualitative data to assess priorities and influence roadmaps

  • 5+ years of experience using data analysis tools (e.g., A|B test software, Tableau) and/or scripting languages (e.g., SQL, Python) to inform product decisions

  • 5+ years of experience in using Agile/Scrum or similar methodologies, Jira, writing user stories, and managing backlog

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable. In addition to your salary, UnitedHealth Group offers benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
