Robert Half is seeking a dedicated and experienced HVAC Project Manager to join our client's dynamic team in the Edison, New Jersey area. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and HVAC project management, with a proven track record of successfully overseeing projects from conception to completion. Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee HVAC projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project requirements and objectives are met.

• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.

• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and quality of work.

• Prepare and submit project documentation, including change orders, progress reports, and final project close-out documents.

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.

• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the project lifecycle.

• Estimate project costs and prepare detailed proposals for new projects.

• Maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders.

  Requirements

Requirements:

• 3+ years of construction/HVAC experience in project management and/or estimating required.

• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and installation processes.

• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.

• Proficiency in project management software and tools.

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
