A3 Technology, Inc. is seeking a junior level Test & Evaluation Engineer to join our Infrastructure Support team’s Pre-Production Test and Evaluation Lab group. This position will assist with virtualization environment configuration, troubleshooting and maintenance, create and support enterprise-wide testing efforts and provide general engineering support.Responsibilities:Configure, troubleshoot and maintain VMware vSphere and Microsoft Hyper-V Virtualization Environment.Create, validate and update procedure documentation.Provide Active Directory support including Account support, Group Policy, DNS and DHCP.Provide Network troubleshooting and support with knowledge of Firewalls and VLANs.Support Microsoft Servers, both Windows and Linux.Create and support enterprise-wide testing efforts.Coordinate with other IT branches to improve enterprise testing.Use scripting for automation.Skills Required:Experience with large enterprise VMware vSphere and Hyper-V virtualization environments.Experience with network and server troubleshooting.Experience providing comprehensive Active Directory support.Knowledge of NetApp and EMC SAN Storage systems.Experience writing technical documentation.Experience using scripting for automation.Experience coordinating with multiple groups, branches or departments to achieve goals.Ability to summarize and communicate technical issues succinctly.Team player, self-starter, results oriented.Learns new skills in a dynamic environment.US Citizenship or documented proof of eligibility to work in the US is required.Upon conditional offer of employment candidates will be subject to a Government investigation and must meet eligibility requirements to obtain Government clearance.Verification of past employment, verification of education and references are also required.Skills Preferred:Experience working with a large organization (>35,000 customers).Experience collaborating with peer and client teams.Experience working remotely and onsite.Experience using a Helpdesk system - ServiceNow is a plus.Education:HS diploma/GED and 6 years IT experience ORAssociate's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, IT or related field and 5 years IT experience.Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, IT or related field and 4 years IT experience.A3T is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer (EEO) and Affirmative Action (AA) employer.
