Applied Research Associates, Inc. Principal Business Analyst in Egg Harbor Township, New Jersey

ARA is seeking an experienced business analyst to work full-time for our Mid-Atlantic Division. The division has its headquarters in Elkridge, Maryland; a satellite office in Egg Harbor Township, New Jersey; and field staff deployed on both short- and long-term assignments throughout the U.S.

What you will do as a principal business analyst:

  • Support our Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) customer in Egg Harbor Township, NJ in coordination, accounting, planning, and administration functions.

  • Provide business management functions such as budgeting, financial analysis and planning, and control of funding and allocation of funding. These functions include business process analysis to describe and create defined business and operations controls and processes.

  • Provide support to the business and management elements of logistics support.

Principal business analyst requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration or a related field.

  • 8+ years of progressively responsible business analysis experience.

  • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

  • Detail oriented, well organized, and able to multi-task in a busy office environment.

  • Willing to learn new tasks and take initiative.
