Philips Modality Sales Specialist Image-Guided Therapy in Eindhoven, Netherlands
Due to an internal promotion, we have now a great opportunity open! We are looking for someone who can drive the overall Image Guided Therapy (IGT) business in the Netherlands by developing and maintaining a trust-based relationship with (clinical) customers. You will be responsible for the development and execution of a strategic and tactical sales plan to exceed financial targets that include sales of the IGT product portfolio in the domain of minimal invasive surgery, mobile surgery and interventional radiology. In addition, you will drive and support solution deals and long term partnerships by providing clinical and technical product expertise. You are part of Cluster Image Guided Therapy of Market Benelux. You will report to the Business Manager IGT. In your day-to-day activities, you work closely together with passionate colleagues: the Key Account Managers, Clinical Application Specialists, Clinical Scientists, Services Account Managers and other Modality Sales Specialists. Philips Image Guided Therapy is the global leader in Image Guided Therapy products, solutions and services.
Your role:
Developing and driving a trust-based relation with (clinical) customers to maximize the value of the short & long-term business with the account for Philips based on deep understanding of customer’s needs
The sales process of related portfolio (products and services) specific opportunities from lead till contract/order closure
Customer presentations, site visits and demos of the related portfolio (products and services) and value proposition
Managing relationships with portfolio specific KOL’s and other relevant stakeholders at the accounts
Building the customer quote and owns and answers customer tender requirement documents
Supporting business/cluster related campaigns, product and services introduction and end of life programs in market
Defining and executing the implementation of the business policy, pricing strategy and product mix to be sold in the region, according to established guidelines
Responsible for achieving the business goals on Orde In Take, Sales and Price realization and assigned territory from a total life
Prepares and delivers accurate business forecasting on a monthly basis via accurate lead and opportunity management in Philips CRM system (Salesforce.com)
Identifies opportunities for long term and/or performance based partnerships
You're the right fit if:
Bachelor’s or Academic Degree
3+ years successful in a commercial role in the related healthcare domain
Proven ability to work effectively within a team solution selling environment
Self-driving team player; strong in interacting with doctors and clinical physicists
Able to think and act cross boundaries and work in virtual multidisciplinary teams
Professional communication and presentation skills
Customer oriented and stress resistant
Fluent in Dutch, proficient in English
Strong communication and negotiation skills
