Clickhereto see an inside look at the Texas Comptrollers office About The Division Join the Audit Division as a Tax Auditor Supervisor! This role observes office and audit program administrative activities to ensure compliance with state tax statutes and departmental policies and procedure. Plans, assigns, and supervises the work of others. May establish office and program goals and objectives. Works under minimal supervision, with extensive latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment. Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications Education: Bachelors or graduate degree in accounting; OR graduation from an accredited college or university with a bachelors degree in any area of business with a minimum of twelve (12) hours of accounting. Experience: Auditor IV and above with at least a met-all evaluation. Other Requirements: Travel is required; extent depends upon location. Licenses and Certifications: Valid drivers license In this role you will: Communicates goals to the work group and organizes the workload to achieve them.
