SHINE Systems & Technologies Intel Operations Software Trainer in El Paso, Texas
Role: FSR Analyst
Clearance Requirement: TS + SCI
Onsite Requirement: 5 days per week
Travel: 25-50% CONUS and/or OCONUS (40 hours/wk expectation)
The Role
Core Responsibilities
Provide desk-side training to analysts.
Train analysts/operators in a classroom setting.
Staff the Help Desk: respond to user requests and work with the engineering team to troubleshoot issues.
Provide feedback to the engineering team about product.
What We Value
Experience fusing intelligence capabilities in support of operations.
Technical background with working knowledge of HTML, Ruby, Python and/or Java, as well hardware, networks, and server administration.
Strong communication skills with the ability to break down, explain, and demonstrate complex concepts in an easy-to-understand manner
Ability to travel domestically 25-50% of the time if needed (potential for CONUS and/or OCONUS)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong knowledge of Excel
Military/Special Operation/Law Enforcement experience is a plus
