Core Responsibilities & Duties:
• Perform internal quality audits with local Facility Managers.
• Prepare documentation and local Managers for external quality audits.
• Assist with audit findings, make corrections.
• Apply a continuous improvement methodology.
• Provide support to the local teams related to CAR’s, validating appropriate response, and validating the correction was successful.
• Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
Job Requirements & Qualifications:
• Minimum 2-3 years related industry experience.
• Computer skills in Microsoft office products (Excel, word, PowerPoint) and Outlook.
• Ability to present and conduct training to large groups.
• Individuals for this role should have strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• The Individual should be comfortable working independently and be able to manage multiple activities occurring simultaneously.
• Ability to travel 20%
• Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
• MS Word, Excel, and overall computer literate.
• This candidate should have strong analytical/problem solving, communication and collaboration/relationship skills.
• Familiarity with security measures and protocols.
• This candidate must be able to work effectively in a highly cross-functional organization, as well as work independently.
• Requires the ability to make judgments and work with minimum supervision.
• The candidate should be level-headed and be able to lead a team.
