Description We are offering a unique opportunity for a Call Center Specialist in the retail industry. The role is based in El Segundo, California and offers a short term contract employment opportunity. As a Call Center Specialist, your key responsibilities will revolve around managing customer queries, guiding applicants through the application process, and assisting managers with the recruitment and onboarding process.

Responsibilities:

• Implement and manage a new applicant tracking system across the retail chain

• Use your call center experience to guide applicants through the application process

• Guide managers through recruitment and onboarding processes

• Assist with updating job boards and opportunities

• Utilize your proficiency in ADP - Financial Services, Avaya CMS, CRM, Management System, Microsoft Excel, About Time, Answering Inbound Calls, Call Center Operations, and Communication to enhance job performance

• Handle complaints efficiently and professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction at all times. Requirements • Possess proficiency in ADP - Financial Services

• Familiarity with Avaya CMS is required

• CRM knowledge is essential

• Must be adept at utilizing Management System

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel

• Experience with About Time software is a plus

• Must be capable of Answering Inbound Calls

• Experience in Call Center Operations is required

• Excellent Communication skills are a must

• Experience in Complaint Handling is desirable.
